David H. Reuss – Illustrator/Designer of “Beginning, The Story of King JOM”

David is a native New Yorker with over twenty years experience in the field of illustration. David primarily illustrates storyboards for television commercials. He works with all major advertising agencies and with award winning directors and productions companies. He also works in animation, print illustration and fine art. However, David had always had a passion for comic book art.

He admired the work of comic books artists and from a young age was inspired by their work to begin to draw. This inspiration lead him to eventually study under the late John Buscema.

David is an award winning member of the Salmagundi Club where he is also and instructor of painting and drawing. In addition he serves as an Executive member of the society of Illustrators. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts and a Master of Professional Studies from Pratt Institute in Arts and Cultural Management.
